Each of the three bedroom suites is situated in its own private building, connected to the great room via covered walkways and picturesque arched entrance ways. Set up to to maximize privacy, each bedroom suite has their own deck and full bathroom, including an outdoor shower. A spacious kitchen and living room area opens to an expansive wood deck with a large mahogany table that is perfect for group dinners. In the mornings you can take a nature walk through the property while enjoying a cup of coffee and take in all of the natural beauty that you're surrounded in. You can spend all day enjoying the pool and relaxing on the daybeds, watching sunset and then taking in the twinkling lights of St. Thomas across the ocean.

Unforgettable St. John Getaway!
Villa De Vida was everything we dreamed of and more! The villa’s stunning ocean views and serene hillside setting made every morning coffee and sunset moment feel magical. The layout is perfect — private suites connected by charming walkways, spacious common areas, and a beautiful deck with a pool that became our favorite hangout spot. We loved how easy it was to relax, enjoy the scenery, and still be just a quick drive from Cruz Bay, beaches, and dining. Highly recommend this peaceful, gorgeous villa for a couples’ trip, friends’ retreat, or family escape to St. John!
Beautiful house - perfect for us
This house was perfect in every aspect and the details were a nice touch including a bottle of champagne and many amenities - needed nothing- swim floats, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers etc. the AC was the nicest - pool was perfect and host was wonderful - great communication and met us at the house - and the previously owned by our favorite country singer was exciting for the family.

We had an amazing stay at Villa de Vida. The views are so stunning and all the bedrooms were very comfortable. We traveled with our nine month old and rented baby items from island baby- highly recommend! Jody and Maria were SO helpful and helped resolve an issue with one of the AC units and were prompt in responses to any question we had! The house is well equipped with anything you need to prepare a few meals at home too, which was so convenient. The property is up a huge hill but is worth the climb! Also the location was a perfect home base for exploring many of the islands attractions . We already want to plan a visit again for next year!
Exceptional
Beautiful expansive deck with panoramic view of sunset and sea. Convenient location with easy access to restaurants in Cruz Bay and major beaches. Beds very comfortable. Three separate suites with outdoor showers ideal for 3 couples or families with older children. Property manager very responsive.

Great Space
Amazing views, as described, very easy access to Cruz Bay, grocery, etc. Very quiet, great layout (not sure if families would like this since rooms are so separate but awesome for adults). Highly recommend, no risk of a bad time.

Great Service
Sunny Days was very responsive in our last minute vacation plans. We contacted them Sat night for a week stay starting the next day and heard back immediately. Scott was great in showing us the house and helping us reserve a car for the week at the last moment. The house has beautiful views and is in a convenient location to town and beaches. We would definitely stay at Villa De Vida again
