This property is located in the desirable East End which means you are next to the Ritz and close to Red Hook which has numerous restaurants, shops, nightlife, marinas, grocery stores, and the St. John ferry.

Girl's Trip 2025
This was our first time in St. Thomas. The accommodations were so convenient, functional and the renovation was top notch. Comfortable bed, large outdoor patio area, short walk to pool, beach and restaurants. Beach chairs and snorkeling equipment are provided as well. Any questions were quickly answered by Jody, the manager. We stayed nine days and it wasn't long enough!
WONDERFUL!
This may be the nicest vacation property I have ever rented! As stated it was recently renovated and everything is mew. Not just “like new”, but brand new! It is well located on the east end, but Charlotte Amalie and the airport are a good distance off. Red Hook is nearby and offers most everything you could need or want. (While you could rent a car or use taxis we relied on Jody’s contact Amir to shuttle us around.) The condo is spacious, airy, tastefully decorated and well-stocked. Appliances, lighting, paint and bathrooms are brand new. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. The pool and beach areas are very nice and well maintained. There are food and beverage service available at both. The host (Jody) is incredible and super-responsive. We did experience some minor issues, but she was in constant contact and quick to resolve each of them. The views from the balcony are indeed spectacular and even better than the photographs! The only issue I encountered was the “short walk” to the beach and pool. Most of that walk is vertical involving 81 stairs. (If you are older or have mobility issues [like me] it can be challenging, others will not find it an issue.) We and our adult children thoroughly enjoyed our week here. It’s priced to the market and worth every penny! You will love this place.

Very Accommodating

We enjoyed your residence, although there briefly, and could appreciate its location, its cleanliness, your prompt response when needed, and overall the space your residence allowed our 3 guests. Absolute GEM
This is a gem!!! Fantastic condo in a perfect location. East-facing, so great sunrise views and then soothing shade and breeze on the porch in the afternoons. The views are even more beautiful than in the pictures. Very nice beach and pool. Close to great snorkeling beaches, restaurants, Red Hook, and the ferry to STJ. The condo is spacious, very clean, and well decorated. Very comfortable beds. Responsive, helpful, friendly host. We would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I stayed at Sunny Days listing because of the amenities and space shared. We had a great time at the beach, catching up in the condo on a rainy night and overall relaxing!

I stayed here one night for my nephews wedding ,at Ritz I really enjoyed the place was clean , renovated , furniture and kitchen was great , beautiful view to water I definitely recommend and be back soon !

We really enjoyed this property and greatly appreciate the flexibility with our short stay. They were very quick with communications and answered all of my questions. This property was perfect in every way. Fully stocked with necessities, gorgeous view and comfortable for our family of 5 with plenty of extra room. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer. We will be back!! We give it 5 🌟

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo in St. Thomas. The breathtaking views of the bay were truly incredible, and having direct access made the experience even more special. The nearby bar and restaurant added a fantastic touch, offering a convenient and enjoyable dining option. Ask for Rico at the pool bar! Overall, a delightful getaway with all the right elements for a memorable stay.
Location Location Location
The location of this place is incredible. Your view is water end to end in living room and you are steps away from the sand, a large private pool, a full beach bar (at the pool too), and a great restaurant! This is a cute condo - plenty of space for multiple adults in our group. The balcony is also large and big enough for two small groups to hang out at the same time. We loved it here and had a fabulous time.
